9) Returns and Refunds: Please do not return manuals to your Yamaha Dealer. They will be unable to accept the return or issue a refund.

Please contact the Crestec USA Call Center at 888-530-9446 between the hours of 8AM and 4:30PM Pacific Time to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.

In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: identify yourself as a "Web Customer", your Order ID (located under the date on the packing slip) and the reason for return.

Please return all products 100% complete and in good condition. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete and in good condition. If product is returned 100% complete and in good condition within 30 days, Crestec USA will refund the purchase price excluding shipping and restocking fees.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Crestec USA's distribution center for all products being shipped for return.

Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
